STORY

The beautiful wing colors of the female Mallard Duck are showcased a she takes off from the water surface. I captured this image while kayaking in Tennessee.

This image was a winner in the 2023 TN Wildlife Photography contest and featured in the 2023 TN Wildlife Federation Calendar.
